Why there's a card on file

As a solo studio, each appointment time is reserved just for you. A card on file allows us to hold your appointment and protect that time, while keeping booking simple and secure.

Your card is not charged at the time of booking. Charges only apply if a cancellation policy is not followed.

The windows

24h+: Cancel or reschedule any time up to 24 hours before. No charge, no questions.
Under 24h: Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service.
No-show: Missed appointments without notice are charged 100% of the service.
